How Often to change sheets,

The time.  But you can comfortably go between changing your seats to pans on how dirty you’ve allowed your body to be calm before you get into bed each evening.  If you became extremely dusty say you’ve been working in the sand and are playing in the sandbox.  All day than you could expect that your sheets to be pretty gritty by the end of the week. 

On the other hand, if you work in an office environment, and you were not exposed to very much dirt pollutants than you could easily go one week.  Thinking back about getting gritty each day.  I would be one hamper a guest I could imagine that things could be so bad that you would have to change your sheets every night if it was very bad.
